ノロウイルスVLP Noro Virus Like Particle
ノロウイルスの遺伝子多型については、GI～GVまで5つの遺伝子グループがあり、ヒトに感染するのは主にグループGI，GIIです。その中でも日本ではGIIが８割以上を占めており、特に感染者数の多いのはGII.4です。弊社はカイコ・バキュロウイルス発現にて数種類のタイプをVLPとして開発しています。
Regarding norovirus gene polymorphism, it has 5 gene groups from GⅠ to GⅤ. Among them, mainly group GⅠ and GⅡ infect humans. In Japan, more than 80% of infects are GⅡ, especially GⅡ.4 has the highest number of infected people. We have developed several types of VLPs using silkworm-baculovirus expression system.
